GRIEF; A Questioning, why do we fight it & what can it show us?

Writer's picture: IAM.YogaIAM.Yoga

Avoiding grief is so reflexive for us it’s seems like a phenomena or something so far removed from the true essence of us, that it’s damn near unbearable. We move away from pain, and towards pleasure, as, something within subjective “pain and pleasure” can tell us a bit about how well we are doing, “surviving“. But, the funny thing about most concepts and experiences here in the 3D is that they’re typically bi-polar. For example, not feeling utter devastation feels like winning and the opposite feels like death. We certainly aren’t surviving if death feels close.

It hurts like hell and brings about something that presses down on a person feeling pretty unbearable

the plague of feeling alone. Experiencing Disconnection in a Multiverse of connectedness.
